Marian Krogh
Patagonia 2019, Kyrgyzstan 2018 Born in Canada, Marian grew up in New Zealand and Australia and now spends her time between Aspen, Colorado and Wanaka, New Zealand. She is a physiotherapist by trade and a ski instructor by choice. Marian is based in Wanaka where she enjoys fixing injured athletes and getting them back out to enjoy their active lifestyles. She’s currently studying towards her masters degree online and coaches with the local freeride team. She is currently the lead advocate for Protect Our Winters in New Zealand. Marian is most likely to be found on the mountain (running, biking, or skiing), in the gym, at the library, but definitely not sleeping. |
Gabby DeGagne

Born near Vancouver Canada, Gabby is our multi-sport professional. She works in New Zealand, Asia, and Canada planning and delivering outdoor programs for youth and is passionate about incorporating environmental education into these outdoor programs. When she is not traveling with her skis to obscure parts of the world, Gabby can be found working towards her ski guide qualifications. She’s excited to be able to combine her many passions into one expedition. We can always count on Gabby to have a secret stash of chocolate and remember the small details, earning her the nickname "team mom."

Rosie Hadfield

Rosie’s love of adventure has seen her work and travel in the UK, the French Alps, New Zealand and now Canada. From a sea kayak trip in the fjords of Norway at the age of 17, she is keen to get back into a sea kayak and push her limits in a whole new way. Rosie used to love caving, and has been on exploratory underground expeditions around the world; but now she prefers to be above ground, swapping mud for snow and to see her objectives. Having been an Outdoors Instructor and working in the travel and tourism sector, she is now considering a career in teaching Science and Outdoor Education hoping to inspire the next generation to expand their horizons both mentally and physically.

Steph is an all-round skilled lady. She began backcountry skiing at the age of 15, and has since done multiple ski-mountaineering ascents around the globe. She participated in a 30-day sea kayaking expedition in the Alaska Prince William Sound, followed by a 50-day glacier expedition. Running out of food taught her the how to stay positive and sharp in difficult situations. Steph is currently working towards her guiding certifications, getting out on the wildest adventures as much as she can, and then sharing her experiences with others.

Nicole studied agriculture and soil science at Lincoln university in New Zealand and is currently chasing winter in Canada. She’s interested in sustainable farming and precision agriculture and wants to continue to learn more about community practices and sustainability in different parts of the world. Nicole is the ultimate weekend warrior and an accomplished skier, climber, mountain biker, and backcountry chef. Nicole is able to turn any negative into a positive, she is the fixer of all things, and chief navigator/resident google earth expert.
